Terms of Service

Concrete Eagle Mountain

Effective Date: December 2025

Welcome to Concrete Eagle Mountain

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the concrete services we provide throughout Eagle Mountain and Utah County. By requesting a quote, hiring us for a project, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't make sense, just call us at 801-406-3780. We're happy to explain.

Our Services

We specialize in residential and commercial concrete work—driveways, patios, pool decks, epoxy flooring, stamped concrete, and more. Every project is unique, so we tailor our approach to your property's needs and Utah's demanding climate. We don't cut corners, and we don't rush. Quality takes time.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and based on an on-site assessment. Prices depend on project size, materials, site conditions, and timeline. Once you approve a quote, it's locked in—no surprise charges unless you change the scope or we discover unforeseen site issues (like unstable soil or hidden utilities). If that happens, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit upfront to schedule your project and purchase materials. The balance is due upon completion. We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be available for larger projects—just ask. Unpaid invoices may result in a lien on the property, which nobody wants.

Project Timelines and Delays

We provide estimated completion dates, but weather is unpredictable in Utah. Rain, extreme heat, or freezing temps can delay concrete work. We'll keep you updated, but Mother Nature gets the final say. Other delays—like permit issues or material shortages—are rare but possible. We'll always communicate and adjust schedules as needed.

Your Responsibilities

We need clear access to the work area, including driveways and gates. You're responsible for removing vehicles, outdoor furniture, and anything else in the way. If your HOA requires approval, get that handled before we start. And please keep pets and kids at a safe distance during the pour—concrete trucks and wet surfaces don't mix with curious animals or little ones.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If there's a defect in workmanship or materials within the warranty period, we'll fix it at no charge. This doesn't cover damage from misuse, heavy equipment, tree roots, ground settling, or lack of maintenance. Concrete is durable, but it's not indestructible. Sealing and proper care go a long way.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. If something goes wrong on our end, we're covered. But we're not responsible for pre-existing property damage, utility lines you didn't disclose, or issues caused by third parties. If you're unsure where underground utilities are, call 811 before we dig.

Cancellations and Refunds

Life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if we've already ordered materials or scheduled crews. If we've started work, you'll be billed for labor and materials used. We're flexible when we can be, but we also run a business.

Disputes and Resolution

We want happy customers. If there's an issue, talk to us first. Most problems can be resolved with a conversation. If we can't work it out, disputes will be handled under Utah state law. We're based in Eagle Mountain, so any legal matters will be settled here.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect new services or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
